If you have forgotten your password, you will need to use the ā€˜Lost your password?’ function on the login page.

This will send an email with a password reset link to the email address registered with Forageplus and you will be able to create a new password and log into the account. Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders, as the emails can end up there. 

If you have followed these steps and still have no email, it sounds like you don't have an account with us.


To double-check, try creating an account. The issue may be that you have an account with a different email address or you don't have an account at all. You don't need an account to place an order with us :)
