If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible using the chatbot in the bottom right corner of our website. Our team will do their best to assist you.
However, please note that once an order is placed, there is only a small window of time to process cancellations, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled before it is shipped.
If we are unable to cancel your order in time, you can return it following our Return Guidelines. Unopened items can be returned within 60 days of purchase. When returning an item, please include your name, order number, and the reason for return in the package. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
